OUR HISTORY
2008
Lider Pet Food, the first company
of Lider Group, was established.
2020
Lider Bentonit was established and the
foundation of our*facto*y was laid.
2021
Our factory started operations with an
annual capacity of 60 thousand tons.
2023
Our 2nd line was commissioned and our
annual capacity increased to 120 thousand tons.

Our factory, which has 5 semi-automatic, 2 fully automatic and 1 box
filling machines, has a daily production capacity of 420 tons. Total
factory area is 15.000 m² and production area is 2.800 m² in total.

Quality-Control Department constantly monitors that every stage of
production is carried out in line with the*necessary parameters and standards.
Quality-Control Department performs the following analyzes for each 1 ton of production: aggl*meration,
liquid absorpti*n capacity, dusting, methylene blue, product size, pH, conductivity, raw and final product
color analysis and moisture determination.
In addition, we have an R&D laboratory for both increasing the efficiency of existing products and
developing
new products according to customers’ demands.
